You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or operate your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of an Account is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
bing8 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bing8 support immediately.
bing8 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Player Accounts in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, PAGCOR guidelines, and bing8's internal compliance procedures.

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. bing8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bing8 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Player by email prior to applying dormant account handling procedures. Real Money Funds held in dormant accounts will be retained and remain available to the Player upon successful re-authentication and identity verification.
Players may request closure of their bing8 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Prior to account closure, any outstanding Real Money Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.
